By registering for ICDTEBM 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Conference Registration Terms

Eligibility:
- Registration is open to academics, researchers, industry professionals, students, and policymakers
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Student registration requires valid student ID proof
- International participants must ensure they have appropriate travel documents

Registration Process:
- All registrations must be completed through the official conference website
- Registration is considered complete only upon successful payment
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information
- Registration confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours

Payment Terms:
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($) as applicable
- Payment must be made through approved methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards)
- Registration fees are non-transferable
- Spot registration is subject to availability and additional charges

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations received before December 15, 2025: 75% refund
- Cancellations received December 16-30, 2025: 50% refund
- No refunds after December 31, 2025
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
- Force majeure events may result in conference postponement or virtual conversion

Paper Submission Guidelines:
- Papers must be original and unpublished
- Word limit: 2500-5000 words
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced, APA 7th Edition
- Submission deadline: December 23, 2025
- Acceptance notification: December 27, 2025
- Selected papers will be published in ISBN-indexed proceedings

Conference Participation:
- Registered participants will receive conference kit, lunch, and refreshments
- Participants must wear conference badges at all venue events
- Recording of sessions without permission is prohibited
- Participants must adhere to the conference schedule and venue rules

Intellectual Property:
- Authors retain copyright of their papers
- By submitting papers, authors grant ICDTEBM 2026 the right to publish in conference proceedings
- Conference materials are for personal use only
- Unauthorized distribution of conference materials is prohibited

Code of Conduct:
- Participants must maintain professional decorum
- Respect for all participants, regardless of background or views
- Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination
- Compliance with venue safety and security regulations
- Violations may result in removal from the conference without refund

Liability and Insurance:
- Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance
- Organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program
- Force majeure events may affect conference delivery

Data Protection:
- Personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy
- Registration data may be shared with organizing partners
- Participants may receive post-conference communications
- Opt-out options are available for marketing communications

Virtual/Hybrid Participation:
- Virtual participants require stable internet connection
- Access links are personal and non-transferable
- Recording of virtual sessions is prohibited
- Technical issues are the responsibility of the participant

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms are governed by Indian law
- Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala
- English version of terms prevails over translations
Special Provisions
COVID-19 & Health Measures
Participants must comply with any health and safety measures implemented by the organizers or venue authorities. This may include mask-wearing, vaccination requirements, or other precautions as mandated by local regulations at the time of the conference.
International Participants
International participants are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents. The conference organizers may provide invitation letters for visa purposes upon request, but this does not guarantee visa approval.
